Capital City Tactical Medical Group was founded by three tactical medics and paramedics who've seen firsthand what happens when officers lack the skills to treat life-threatening injuries in the critical moments before EMS arrives. With over 36 years of combined emergency medicine experience and real-world response to officer-down incidents, we built CCTMG to bridge that gap. We train law enforcement and first responders to save lives—including their own.
